Stamp Designs that have never been used
They could be unadopted or preliminary designs or designs submitted for particular issues, but in all cases never used, or not used for
that purpose, although they may make an appearance at a later date as many of the designs are quite good.
1938
These two designs were considered to be released as a part of the 1938 King George VI Definitives, the first here is very similar to
the Leaps and Bounds issue.
1940
These two were the preliminary designs for the 1940 A.I.F. stamps
