Punctured Small "OS"
Issued between 1929 &1930, two different Watermarks were released during 1929 & 1930, they are listed separately below, one stamp was also overprinted "OS". The perforation has been listed as 12 or 11½ x 12, the actual size is 11.7 x 11.8 is to 11¾ or 15 holes per inch.
